KANBAN

The smart way to optimised production processes
Together with Würth Industrie, we offer you extremely flexible kanban systems that make your production and your warehouse more transparent and efficient. Large industrial customers rely on kanban. They use this proven principle to control production processes and material replenishment.

GET TO KNOW KANBAN

Kanban was developed in Japan in the 1950s and its principle is quite simple: a two-container system ensures for instance that C-parts are always available on time. The system is extremely flexible and can be easily adapted if there are changes in your demand for materials. It prevents bottlenecks. The system also results in compact storage facilities and thus also in a low capital commitment. Kanban is always adapted to the materials used and the work situation in order to meet individual production needs. It ensures that the required work material is always available without being stored in large quantities. And that it always lands just in time at the place where it is needed.
